Climbers Bloc

If you’re trying to find a way to kick start your climbing experience, meet some new climbing buddies or escape a climbing plateau, Climbers Bloc is for you. Sessions include on-the-wall training as well as a fitness circuit. Each session is designed to focus on a particular physical skill (footwork, boy tension etc), and each skill taught has modifications which can be scaled to each and every individual to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their sessions.

Sessions can be attended as one off sessions, but the best results will be achieved with consistency.

Sessions run for 3 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm-8:30pm, generally starting second week of every month.
