Your Visit
Whether it’s your first time bouldering or you’re a seasoned professional, we’ve got you covered.
With over 100 quality boulders set by our highly experienced route setters each month, first timers through to top level climbers will find a never ending source of engaging boulders to challenge themselves on. We also have an excellent studio set up with options to do bodyweight training, weight training and cardio.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If you don’t own your own climbing shoes and don’t want to hire a pair of climbing shoes, be sure to bring a clean pair of trainers to climb in. Muddy/ dirty shoes/ steel caps/ flip flops, and bare (or socked) feet are not permitted.
On arrival, each first time climber to our facility is required to fill in a waiver form, with climbers under the age of 18 needing their parent/ legal guardian to complete the consent section of the waiver. The waiver can be completed in advance on our website, through a URL link sent by email (great for parties and group bookings), or on arrival in person at The Boulder Hub. After this, first timers will be taken through a short induction based around safety and etiquette.
Once completed, you’re ready to boulder!
We also have a selection of drinks, chocolates and Raw treats if you are just a little peckish, but feel free to pack/ Uber some food in to help you get the most out of your time at the Hub. There’s a fridge and a microwave too if you need to store or re heat, and a sink to clean up afterwards!
If you’re heading out after climbing, we also have great shower facilities!
Happy Bouldering!
